Common questions
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan ships with 20 queries/day, full chat access, the Signals tracker, and the public REST API — no card on file required. Add a payment method only when you decide to upgrade.
- What happens when I hit my daily query limit?
- Querying pauses until the next UTC midnight reset. Your sessions, signals, and dashboards stay visible — only new chat queries are gated. Upgrading lifts the limit immediately and the upgrade applies to the rest of the day.
- Can I switch between plans or cancel anytime?
- Yes. Plans are managed through the Stripe-hosted billing portal — change tier, update card, or cancel without contacting support. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
- Pro is everything one user needs to run a desk: deep-research mode, supervisor agent (T3), live alpha signals, full options chain, and the REST API. Enterprise adds SSO, dedicated infra, custom data integrations, and a named support contact — talk to us for a quote.
- What models does the brain use?
- Free and Builder run Claude Sonnet 4 for prose; Pro and Enterprise can opt into Opus for deeper reasoning chains. Either way, every numeric claim in the response is backed by a fact-table citation, so you can drill into the source data.
